By accessing or using LeadSeize ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
LeadSeize provides AI-powered lead qualification, voice response, and CRM integration services for real estate professionals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. We use Stripe for payment processing. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
New accounts may access a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial terms at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable telecommunications regulations. You are responsible for ensuring all AI-powered calls comply with TCPA and applicable local laws. You may not resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSeize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
